Le projet immobilier Bab Al Bahr<\/a> aspire \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une cit\u00e9 autonome dont la qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements rayonne sur les quartiers avoisinants et l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration de Rabat – Sal\u00e9. Ce projet urbanistique est le fruit d\u2019une joint-venture \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales entre l\u2019Agence pour l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement de la Vall\u00e9e du Bouregreg et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Al Maabar<\/a> d\u2019Abou Dhabi. Sign\u00e9 le 23 juillet 2006 sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI et Son Altesse Cheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, le partenariat porte sur un programme immobilier mixte de pr\u00e8s de 512.000 m\u00b2 de plancher et un montant d\u2019investissement de 750 millions de Dollars.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019horizon 2013, Bab Al Bahr abritera une large gamme d\u2019unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles et h\u00f4teli\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9, des commerces et un quartier d\u2019affaires. Le c\u0153ur de la cit\u00e9 sera anim\u00e9 de boutiques, de mus\u00e9es \u00e0 th\u00e8me et de galeries d\u2019art qui c\u00e9l\u00e8brent l\u2019artisanat marocain.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan urbanistique, Bab Al Bahr est un v\u00e9ritable joyau d\u2019architecture qui allie sagesse ancestrale, style de vie arabo-andalou et design contemporain. Le prestigieux cabinet anglais Foster & Partners<\/a> a puis\u00e9 son inspiration dans les ruelles anim\u00e9es des anciennes m\u00e9dinas de Rabat et Sal\u00e9, et a r\u00e9cr\u00e9\u00e9 une version luxueuse et moderne.<\/p>\n

Les travaux de construction de la cit\u00e9 Bab Al Bahr ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en mai 2009, et la commercialisation du r\u00e9sidentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2010. La livraison des unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles du Front Marina et du Front Fluvial est pr\u00e9vue pour le premier trimestre 2012.
