The Bab Al Bahr project, developed by the Bouregreg Agency in partnership with the group Al Maabar, stole the show at Cityscape 2012 prestigious real estate salon UAE, held in Abu Dhabi from 21 to 25 April . Indeed, Bab Al Bahr has attracted strong interest from many visitors to the fair, enthusiastic approach to the delivery of the first residential units of the new city.Placed under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Cityscape 2012 has attracted a considerable number of residential real estate buyers, international investors, public and private developers, great architects, designers and consultants, as well as various professionals involved in urban design and building construction.The stand of Bab Al Bahr has seen considerable affluence. Visitors were able to admire several models presenting the project and a photo report on the progress of construction and the first residential complex whose delivery is imminent. They also followed the screening of the new commercial project on giant screens.

Note that Bab Al Bahr was a great commercial success during Cityscape 2012. Indeed, several residential units were sold at the event.
